Vince Shorb talks about Free by 30 with Wayne Kelly

Today's Motivational Monday guest was financial literacy expert Vince Shorb.  He has created an online university that teaches young adults practical money advice.
He's on a mission to end financial illiteracy.  I checked his stuff and love what he's teaching. In fact I bought the program for my children.

No Cardio Diet

Our guest this Wednesday morning was Jim Karas.
www.jimkaras.com

Jim Karas is a #1 New York Times bestselling author who has sculpted the
bodies of numerous celebrities, including Hugh Jackman and Diane Sawyer.
He has more than twenty years experience as a weight loss and fitness
professional and has taught and trained some of the best and brightest
personal trainers in New York and Chicago.

After two decades in the
fitness business, he is convinced of one thing -- cardio kills. It
kills your weight loss plan, your joints, your immune system, your body
composition, your time, and most of all, your motivation to stay
committed to losing weight. There is only one thing that cardio
doesn't kill - your appetite! You burn a few measly calories doing
cardio, then eat twice as much afterward. The result? Weight gain-and
lots of it.
